Job Description

To input , update , and maintain accurate data records and data records and databases to support organizational operations and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry and Records Management
  • Input landlord details and other contractual informationinto the Contract Management System (CMS)
  • Scan, organize, and upload lease agreements into the CMS
  • Verify the accuracy, completeness, and consistency ofuploaded lease data against source documents
  • Maintain proper electronic records management and filing oflease documentation for easy retrieval
  • Identify and correct data discrepancies, duplicate records,and missing information within the system
  • Track and report progress on lease uploads and data captureactivities against assigned targets
Data Quality Control and Reporting
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all entereddata.
  • Identify and correct data errors and inconsistencies
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
  • Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and dataprotection standards
Administrative Support
  • Assist departments with data-related administrative tasks
  • Coordinate with other staff to ensure timely submission andprocessing of information
  • Grade 12 School Certificate 
  • Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration, or any related field 
  • Knowledge of database management and information managementsystems

  • Knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Excel,Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of data verification, validation, and qualitycontrol processes
